Cancellation & Refund Policy for ELSOL SKIN

At ELSOL SKIN, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
- The return request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Any item not in its original condition – Opened/used/tried, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@elsolskin.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Return the Item: Send the item(s) to the address provided with the RMA number. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Shipping Costs
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. .
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@elsolskin.in.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@elsolskin.in and follow the same steps as the refund process.
8. Refunds for Gift Purchases
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
