- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Costs: We do not levy any Shipping charges for your order.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical delivery times are as follows: 7-14 business days (depends on your location)
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to India. Please note that certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific locations.

5. Damages
- Damaged Packages: ELSOL SKIN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Claims: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing or Lost Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@elsolskin.in for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
