1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include the details of your purchase and an estimated delivery time.
  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
  • Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: We do not levy any Shipping charges for your order. 
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical delivery times are as follows: 7-14 business days (depends on your location)
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to India. Please note that certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific locations.

3. International Shipping

  • As of now international shipping is not available

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).
  • Order Tracking: You can track your order through the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. 

5. Damages

  • Damaged Packages: ELSOL SKIN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Claims: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • you need to mke video while opening a package, only then damaged goods will be exchanged

6. Missing or Lost Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@elsolskin.in for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
